Practical information

Visitors

Lausanne is a traditional private club that welcomes visitors from March to December, Monday through to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. All visitors must be in possession of a current Handicap Certificate (max. 36.0).

Please note that we ask all visitors to book well in advance.

Guests can not play more than 5 times a year on our course.

Dress Code

Members, guests and all visitors shall at all times be in attire appropriate to the area or facility of the club which they are using.
The term "appropriate attire" shall mean clean, presentable clothing in good condition and not offensive to other people or to club management.
Sweat/tracksuits, shorts not tailored for golf, short skirts, cargo pants (long or short), leggings, tank tops, strapless tops and tee-shirts are not permitted.

GOLF COURSE & PRACTICE FACILITIES
All players must be correctly dressed in golf attire with golf shoes. Jeans are not permitted and caps or visors must be worn in a forward position.

Men
Collared shirts with shirttails tucked in the pants (short or long) with a belt. Golf shoes (soft spikes only).

Ladies
Shirts with collars or sleeves, Bermuda shorts or golf skirts or trousers. Golf shoes (soft spikes only).

CLUBHOUSE
Attire appropriate to the clubhouse must be worn at all times.
Headgear (hats and caps of any kind) is not to be worn in the clubhouse (male).
Jeans are only permitted if they are not bleached or holed.

Rules

The use of mobile phones is not permitted on the premises except in the car park, for emergencies or in the phone booth in the reception. Silent browsing of texts and e-mails is permitted within the clubhouse.

Animals are not permitted anywhere on the premises except in the parking area.

Strollers (prams) are not allowed in the clubhouse. Young children must be accompanied and may not play on the terrace or around the clubhouse.

Golf clubs, bags and equipment are not allowed in the clubhouse.

Golf shoes must be cleaned before entering the clubhouse.
